skeleton cabs will be stocked in Statesville, NC and will show up in Bridgeport PDC inventory field

Step 4 (optional): Change Ship-To Address
The ship to address can be modified to ship directly to your customer’s location if needed. This process is
the same as Critical Order Types. Select Menu > Goto > Header > Partner
Select “Ship-to Party” and “Detail.” Change ship-to address and save

Sales Confirmation and Cab Serial Number
Because we utilize individual serial numbers, we need to assign a cab serial number to your order. Within
24 hours we’ll assign your individual cab serial number and your order will be confirmed. After 24 hours,
you’ll be able to identify your individual serial number by:

Looking in the Item Text Field

Within 7-10 days, your cab will ship from Statesville, NC and will be on its way to you.

Tracking your Stock Cab Paragon Order
Once the cab has left the Kontane Warehouse in Statesville, NC, your tracking number will be loaded into
paragon (It may take up to 7-10 days to contract a driver).
With the tracking number, you’ll be able to contact the transporter (Landstar) and request tracking
information and estimated delivery. Something you cannot do today!
Contact 704-282-0358, option 1 - Landstar has staff dedicated to DTNA whom can provide you
updates to your shipment
You MUST have the BOL number or Serial Number (S######) as found in Paragon to utilize
this service. Without the BOL or Serial number, Landstar will not be able to assist you with
information.
