    1. What is Ecology? What does the study of Ecology help us?

    2. Label each of the item as a biotic or abiotic factor.


    - Weather

    - Increase of sharks near Miami beach
    - 45 degree Celsius
    - Plants

    3. Why do we get seasonality?

    4. Describe air movement.

    5. Describe ocean currents.

    6. In general, we expect the surface of the water body (i.e. lake, oceans) to be warm / cold
    (circle one), and as we go deeper into the water body, the temperature becomes
    warmer / colder (circle one).

    7. List the main zones of aquatic marine biomes.

    8. Describe the water cycle.

    9. Label the terrestrial biome shown.
