Making a fashion statement at a state funeral is a delicate task, but some attendees of the late

Queen Elizabeth II´s funeral pulled it off – paid subtle tribute to the monarch. Zara Tindall, the
daughter of Princess Anne and the oldest granddaughter of the late queen, wore a subtle well
chose outfit. According to Hello! she wore a black coat dress from Laura Green London, along
with suede heels from Emmy London and classic pearl drop earrings. The most striking part of
her outfit was a Juliette Millenery fascinator, which featured a black flower appliqué. Princess
Beatrice, the last queen’s granddaughter, brought some modernity to the State Funeral with a
black dinner jacket-style blazer by The Kooples paired with a knee-length Louis Vuitton lace
dress, known as the Preppy Martingale´s dress, according to Hello! She also wore a small
round black fascinator to finish off the look. Princess Eugene, Princess Beatrice´s sister, also
looked fashionable at her grandmother funeral. She wore a long black coat dress with a
collared V-neck and large golden buttons. Her structured wide-brimmed hat and her Gabriela
Hearst Diana bag finished off the classical, sophisticated look, according to Metro. She opted
for simple gold earrings to match with the coat and bag. While Prince Harry wore his military
uniform to his grandmother vigil´s the day before the funeral, he opted for a morning suit
consisting of a black jacket and grey pinstripe trousers for the funeral itself. Today for the
actual service he´s back in morning suit. Harry was strip off his military titles when he gave up
his position in the Firm. He did, however, wear his medals from his time in service at the
funeral. A spokesperson for Harry told The Independent of his decision to wear a morning suit,
His decade of military service is not determined by the uniform he wears and we respectfully
asked that focus remains on the life and legacy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Sophie, the
countess of Wessex, the wife of the late Queen Elizabeth II´s youngest son, Prince Edward
looked gorgeous at the state funeral. She wore a traditional flared black dress covered in a
delicate embroidered floral pattern. She paired the coat with a dramatic black fascinator with a
floral appliqué and black suede pumps. Prince George, the eldest son of Prince William and
Princess Catherine, looked all grown up at his great- grandmother´s funeral as he walked
behind her coffin. As the Liverpool Echo reported, his suit slightly broke with tradition as it was
navy rather than black. The young prince did, however, wear a black tie. Queen consort Camila
´s outfit at the late queen´s funeral certainly turned heads. She wore a fitted black coat dress
that featured embroidered lines on the cast and round collar. Her striking black fascinator a
swooping line of leaf appliqués and a netted veil. The most important part of the outfit was her
diamond brooch, which, as Harper´s Bazaar reported, was likely a gift from the late queen.
Princess Anne, the late Queen´s only daughter, broke with royal tradition in a wonderful way
at her mother´s funeral when she became the first royal woman in history to appear at a
funeral in military attire. Even though Anne never actively served in the military, she is a
patron of the Royal Navy and holds the title of Commodore-in-Chief for Portsmouth, as well as
being an honorary Rear Admiral. The young Princess Charlotte, daughter of Prince William and
Princess Catherine, wore a classic outfit to her great-grandmother ´s funeral that consisted of a
sweet plaited wool and velvet black coat dress and a wide-brimmed hat. As the Express noted,
the young princess very closely matched her mother. According to People, Charlotte also wore
a delicate diamond horseshoe brooch that was given to her by her late grate-grandmother as
her first real piece of jewellery. Princess Catherine, always applauded for her fashion, didn´t
disappoint with her chic, simple funeral outfit. The Princess of Wales wore a fitted blazer dress
along with a tilted wide-brimmed black hat with a netted veil. According to Elle, she also
donned a pearl necklace and earrings that were once worn by her late mother-in-law, Princess
Diana. Meghan Markle hasn´t always had an easy time in the UK, but at the late queen´s
funeral, she struck the perfect balance of modern fashion and traditional elegance. Her chic,
minimalist outfit consisted of a flowing Stella McCartney cape dress, along with pearl and
diamond earrings that were a gift from the late queen. According to the Independent, Meghan
wore a navy version of the same dress to the queen´s birthday party in 2018.
