GAME FORMAT
Girls Basketball – Thursday, February 10th, 2022

Supervision Game: Ethan Preisler – 4:30 pm


Announce/Clock – Paul Pulis - 5:10 pm
Book – Sco Stowman – 5:10 pm
Tickets Game – Kim Finn – 4:55 pm
Concessions: – Cheer Team – 5:15 pm
Trainer – Kelsey Vansdall – 5:15pm

LIVE STREAMING: The B & Varsity games will be live streamed for free through the Delano Public Schools Youtube Channel.

Tickets: Will be sold cash at the entry. $7 for adults and $5 for students.

Covid 19: There are currently no requirements in place at DHS. Masks, Social Distancing, and frequent sani zing of hands are
recommended for everyone.

** Senior Night – Seniors will be recognized on the court before the start of Warm-Ups for the Varsity game.**
Supervisor Notes:
Arrive at TAC –
1. Meet visi ng girls’ team and show them to the locker room. TAC West – Girls Locker Room.
2. Give officials W-9 and Claim Forms to fill out. Collect when finished. Officials will use Coaches Office,
TAC Boys Locker Room.
3. Set up cket takers with money box and programs, TAC – 5:00pm they will start selling (Ac vity Office
will coordinate ge ng these items to you)
4. Open concessions stand for workers – they usually start ½ hour before game. (instruc ons for
concession workers on wall inside entry door)
5. Introduce yourself to the trainer – Connor Larson
6. Na onal Anthem – Will play before Girls Varsity Game.
During-Contest
1. Supervise TAC entry doors and help monitor spectators – check lower level games.
2. Between games- provide water/Gatorade and popcorn/candy bar (if wanted) to referee’s. (provided
free from concessions)
3. At half- me of Varsity game let both teams and officials know when 3 minutes remain.
4. Collect money box a er Varsity Game Half-Time and lock it in the AD office or as directed.
5. Collect money box from concessions and lock in AD office or as directed.

A er-Contest
1. Collect keys from visi ng team and officials if applicable.
2. Supervise spectators as they leave. Clear TAC and help keep non-par cipants off floor.
3. Touch base with head coach before you leave.
