Reflection Paper

I had a great time and learned a lot during the one-day orientation. During the morning, our dean and

COE teachers respond to and clarify all of our concerns, particularly those regarding the incoming

face-to-face class. I felt like a kid again during the afternoon activity because of the games that were

provided to us. I am so happy about that time because I became close to my other classmates, and

we enjoyed all of our activities. While participating in the various activities, I realized that teamwork is

essential because our first game, the "Vest in spelling yern, was a terrible mess because our class

didn't understand each other. However, in the final game, we used the teamwork strategy, and as a

result, we were in second place.

Our beloved university, Central Bicol State of University Agriculture, is entitled and requires all

students to know the Philosophy, Mission, Vision, Goals and Objectives, and Core Values. Likewise,

the various school policies as their guides and references as bonafide students of the institution. The

PMVGO internalizes its importance to the whole student populace as they continue their studies in

CBSUA. The Philosophy, Mission, Vision, Goals and Objectives, and Core Values help our university,

the Central Bicol State of University faculties, staff, and students to know the PMVGO because it is

one of the essential steps toward creating a successful program. Lead to continuing conflicts and a

school that has difficulty identifying priorities. A PVMGO program disseminates and orients the school

community and gives clarity and direction for a school. Briefly stated the PVMGO's serve as a source

of motivation for me. It enables me to continue pursuing my goals even though we are in the midst of

a pandemic. It will help me to overcome the difficulties that I will encounter while participating in the

flexible learning program by keeping the institution's ideals in mind. I will use the university's

philosophy, vision, mission, quality policy, and university goals as sources of inspiration to help me

continue my academic career at the university.
