LIABILITY WAIVER FORM

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING IT. YOU SIGNATURE

INDICATES THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER AND AGREE ON ITS TERMS.
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, you and the entire tabulation team, for and
consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, conditions, representations, and
warranties stated herein acknowledged the following:

1. That ‘’NO’’ contextual information other than the date of the MMBU 2022 shall be
out in the public before the event has premiered.
2. That the undersigned hereby understands that any form of leaked information shall
be punishable under the rights given to the organizing team of the MMBU upon the
approval of the Bicol University – University Student Council.
3. That sanctions as a form of punishment shall be lobbied upon the investigation of
data leaks.
4. This liability waiver applies to the following tabulators.
