WHEREAS, submitted for review by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan was Resolution No. 107-2020 of the Municipality of Dilasag, Aurora, entitled: “Resolution Approving the first Updated Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) of the Municipality of Dilasag, Aurora for CY 2020-2022 in the amount of Two Billion Six Hundred Thirty Six Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php2,636,350,000.00); 5 WHEREAS, evaluation by the body through the Committee on Socio- Economic Planning and Development with the assistance of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, programs, projects and activities {PPAs) embodied in the said plan were in compliance with Section 109 of RA 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991, Volume 3.
