Ok, this is a little description of the book

This book has like plot of flashbacks because the protagonist (Rachel), she always travels to
the past (memories) and she tries to heal everything in her life to the point that she sees a couple and
she imagined them having like a perfect life (she imagined them having good life like the life she
always wanted). She is divorced and he takes advantage of her when she is drunk to make her
unfaithful and blame her for everything about their lives as married. Then her ex-husband almost
killed the girl (Megan) that Rachel imagines having perfect life. The reason that he thinks he killed
her is because he accidentally let her pregnant and for ¨solved it¨ he hangs her, and Megan (Jess) gets
passed out. This problem makes those police thinks that Rachel was the guilty (but she is not). Rachel
for proof the police that she is innocent, she makes an investigation and after she make the discovered
that the guilty was her ex-husband.

But, if the book still does not attract you at all, we will make a more in-depth review of this

When we go on a bus day by day or in a taxi, uber or in the car, in front of us we always see
thousands and thousands of people a day, sometimes the same or there is always a new person, each
person with their emotions, sadness , joy, happiness.

And questions invade our heads or maybe not how or why that couple is fighting because the kid is
crying we never know what people go through just by looking

The girl on the train tells us the story of Rachel, a woman with a thousand internal conflicts on her
back, with problems that reverberate day by day in her head, with a past that haunts and torments her,
with a life that does not feed her, but that is swallowing it every second. In the daily routine to work,
Rachel takes the train to London, and on that journey, a fairy tale is formed around a couple she sees
behind the glass, she builds paragraphs in Jason and Jess's love story, she goes creating memories and
memories about it, without even suspecting that sooner rather than later, she will become a leading
actress in that story.

The book unfolds as a kind of diary, in which Rachel, Megan and Anna tell us from their particular
situation and from a certain point in time, how the mysteries that make up this thriller take place. This
work is like love, because little by little it takes over your life, until it is simply impossible to get it out
of it.

There are not many characters that are part of this book, but as a whole, they are a sample of the
reality in which we move, of the chaos that life itself results in, of the madness that can erase us from
the map, of the good, the bad and the worst that we can come across in our day to day; they are a
marvelous compendium of perfectly disastrous beings, just as reality is.

This is not an excellent work, but it is an entertaining one with the ability to connect with millions,
something that not all great works achieve. An ingenious book, full of unknowns and secrets,
moments of pain, despair and ephemeral joys; a work with a proposal that far from being innovative,
is almost exquisite. A digestible dish for those who want to try it.

Ok now we are going to describe us

▫ My character is (Rachel): I am the main character in the story. I described myself like an
alcoholic woman, with many problems in my life since got divorced, when I drink alcohol, I
get abusive and I lost myself. Since I got divorced, my life started to be a complete a mess to
the point that I have insomnia and the worst part that is my ex-husband before finished to me,
he cheated on me. I always take a train at 8:04 to London and every time I go to the train, I
see a house of a couple and I named them Jason and Jess and imagine them having a perfect
life (but the reality is not). One day, I had to make an investigation because the police came to
my house thinking that I was guilty of Megan faiths. Since that day I started to find the guilty
to proof the police that I am innocent. Then, I discovered that was my ex-husband.

▫ Iosef (Tom): I am the ex-husband of Rachel. At the beginning I understand I must break with
her because her problems with the alcohol and the angry that she has, and other relationship
problems like the infidelities that I did and she was sterile. When I go, I start a relationship
with another woman. When I started a new life with another woman called Anna, I protect her
inclusive when she is the problem. In my life I made of the biggest mistake ever. I let
pregnant Megan and for ¨solve it¨ I accidently hanged her and she (Megan) faints.

▫ My character is (Megan): I am the girl who Rachel called me ¨Jess¨. I live in a house with
my husband Scott (Jason). Rachel thinks that we have a perfect life (but it is not), nothing
could be further from the truth about our life's. I describe myself as a woman with many
problems who even go to therapy to try to solve them. I am in a turbulent relationship and I
became the main suspect when I disappeared. I got pregnant from Tom and he hanged me up
and I passed out. I am a kind of static character

▫ My character is (Scott): I am the guy who Rachel called me ¨Jason¨ that she imagines me
and my wife are a perfect couple with a perfect life but in the reality, it is not.. I described
myself as a man with a temper, controlling and abusive. I am the husband of Megan (Jess).I
am static character and you can know it because I don’t have a lot of descripction

ok something interesting about the book are some phrases that it has

we will present some examples

Yes

1.The holes in life are permanent. You have to grow around them and mold to the gaps, like tree roots
in concrete.

2. I can't help it, even though there's nothing there I want to see and anything that sees me will hurt.

3. If I could just figure out how to focus on this happiness and enjoy the moment, without wondering
where the next boost will come from, I'd be fine.

4. Life is not a paragraph and death is not a parenthesis

5. How did you get here? I wonder when my decline started; At what point could I have interrupted
him? Where did I go the wrong way?

6. They are what I was. They are what I lost, they are everything I want to see.

7. It is the great hole in my life, in the very center of my soul, or perhaps it was just the beginning

8. Everything she had was second hand, I would like to know how that made her feel.

I little opinion

also an opinion that I have of the book is how we imagine a fictional world just out of boredom of
going in the car or just sitting on the sidewalk as our brain hurts us or sometimes it just wants to get us
away from the ugly reality in the that we are but at some point we can be involved in something that
may have only been a crazy idea in our mind but we are trapped in a great mystery that I know I am
just a person who is created with a fixed line and a final already written or thinker

this is what happened in the book, the imagination of the protagonist and in in the trouble that she got
