GUIDELINES FOR 2022 RECOGNITION/GRADUATION CEREMONIES
In order to ensure a safe and successful in-person recognition and graduation rites, the following guidelines shall be implemented:
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. These guidelines are applicable to students,
(capacity) guests, teachers, staff, and personnel involved (who are only allowed in the event) in recognition and graduation ceremonies. 2. Any persons with comorbidity are not allowed to join the said event. 3. The wearing of masks is required at all times while inside the venue. Removing face masks is strictly prohibited. 4. All attendees that are feeling ill, have symptoms of COVID-19, or have potentially been exposed to someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19, should not attend the graduation/recognition event. 5. All individuals MUST wear a facemask while at the event. (white color K95 is required for graduates and honorees) 6. Proper health and safety protocols should be maintained throughout the ceremony.
PRE-REGISTRATION 1. Fill out the registration form two days before
the ceremony as a basis for the entry pass to enter the venue. Only 2 people per graduate and honorees. E-Registration Forms will be channeled through the advisers. 2. Only those who have pre-registered may attend. Security guards, staff or attendants must monitor the number of attendees entering the graduation event and confirm that they have pre-registered.
PHYSICAL HEALTH and HYGIENE 1. Observe proper covid-19 protocols, maintain
social distancing and no physical contact such as hugging, kissing, and shaking of hands inside the premise. Avoid sharing of objects during the event such as fans, ballpens, graduation caps, diplomas, etc.

Attendees who are not part of the same household must be seated at least 1 meter apart. Members of the same household are permitted to sit together.

Only the official photographer is allowed to take photos during the awarding ceremony. Awardees and graduates must return to their seats after receiving their medals or diplomas. 4. All attendees are discouraged from engaging in yelling, singing, chanting, booing, using noise makers that require exhalation of air and other similar practices that may increase the likelihood of transmission from contaminated exhaled droplets and aerosols.
