Objective

Experience
● I am a Site Engineer having 7+ years experience in the Electrical Maintenance.
● I have Joined Plus Star Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 on site Essar Steel at
Hazira, Surat, Gujarat as a Site Supervisor.
● Then continuing to site Reliance Industries Ltd, Hazira, Surat, Gujarat as a
Site Supervisor.
● Then continuing my job at HPCL Mittal Energy Limited (Oil Refinery) at
Bhatinda, Punjab as a Electrical engineer.
● I have joined JBS ENTERPRISES PVT. In 22.01.2022 on site IOC at Vadodara
as a Site supervisor.

Areas of Expertise

● Preventive & breakdown maintenance of 1.0 KW to 250KW induction motors, DOL

starters.
● Preventive Maintenance of electrical, instrument panels & PDB Panel
● EOT Cranes maintenance of capacity 5 to 20 tones.
● Knowledge of all type of Electrical switchers (MCB, MCCB, Contactors, OLRs,
Heaters and H.T. & L.T. Breakers of ACB)
● Planning and scheduling site activities to ensure completion of the project within the
time and budgetary parameters and for optimising resource utilization.
● Handling customer complaints / issues and resolving the same within the minimum
possible time.
● KPI Monitoring to achieve the target.
 ● Handle sudden shutdown held in HPCL-MITTAL ENERGY LIMITED in june-
2014.
● Handle & plan future shutdown activities like Spares required for shutdown &
routine maintenance.
● In Plus Star Engineering familiar with EOT cranes maintenance, Chain Pulley
Blocks, Monorail Trolleys, Electric Hoists, Radio Remote System, and
A.C.Drives.
● Updating daily breakdown data with why analysis.
● mplementation of LOTO/PTW system.
● Create all machineries CLTI (cleaning, lubrication, tightening and inspection)
checklist on monthly basis.
● Keep & Maintain all records of PM as per company requirement.
● To minimize breakdown summary started CM (condition monitoring) checklist of
drive operated cranes.

Responsibilities

Electrical Engineer at Plus Star Engg.

● Implementation of Radio Remote System in 14 nos. of Electric Hoists.

● Implementation of LOTO system where required.
● Major shutdown activity in Steam Turbine Generator Shop by handling Rotor
weighted 28 tons by EOT crane.
● Maintain all Fail Safe System in all machineries to maintain safety of machines
& humans.
● Create & maintain all EOT Cranes Spares Details.
● Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
● Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment
faults
● Diagnosing breakdown problems
● Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
● Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
● Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and colleagues
● Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
● Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
● Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
● Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
● Improving health and safety policies and procedures
● Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
● Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of
breakdowns.
