and NDT activity. Completed various large National & international LNG & CNG
and other Hydro Carbon project, sour service ,cryogenic gas service , sea water

● Experience in Welding Engineering, Multidisciplinary EPC Inspection, QMS
Auditing Supervision and Documentation.

Package 4, for which Saipem has received award notification in joint
venture with Essar Projects Limited, consists of Engineering,
Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Assistance during
Commissioning/Start-up/Performance Testing for the tank, related road
works, buildings, pipe racks, pipelines, water systems and control systems

 for the Al-Zour refinery. Package 4 will be completed by the beginning of
2019.
Project 2:- Approximately 10 kilometer long HBE coated 14”LSD and
18”LSFO buried pipeline which is connected between Al- Zour Power
Station and KIPIC refinery, a part of project Saipem package 3.

includes the phase-out of the Halon system currently being used at the
refinery.

 SUMMARY OF WORKING:
Project:- As gas is being produced from Saih Rawl, the reservoir
pressure and hence the FTHP of Saih Rawl wells will decline over the
remaining lifetime of the field. In order for CPP to continue to process
wet gas from Saih Rawl wells and maintain its gas export capacity, the
inlet pressure to its gas conditioning trains must be maintained
constant at 96 bar. To achieve this, a number of depletion compression
stages are planned to be installed upstream of the gas processing trains
in separate phases. When the Phase I compressor inlet pressure falls
below 35 bar Phase II compression train will be made operative The
Phase II compression trains comprising of another set of compressors,
which will receive the wet gas and boost the pressure from 13 bar to 35
Summary of work bar .The discharge of Phase II . compressor will go to the phase I
compressor suction, which will further boost the pressure to 96 bar
