OGL 320: Foundations Project Management

The goal for this project is the completion of the products provided to the project
manager by the client. The identified products of this project are: required readings and
annotations, video quizzes, discussions, and project plans. The project due date is October 7th,
2021 and will be successful through a series of tasks. The tasks listed below include subtasks
and their respective due dates. Success will be shown through the completion of the milestones
throughout the project. The strengths of me, the project manager, will ensure the quality of the
products delivered to the client. My strengths are detail-oriented, excellent time management,
multitasking, organized, and motivated. The client requires weekly products throughout the
project to ensure the timeline of the project stays according to plan. The project includes
collaborations from other project managers along the way to ensure all of the ground is covered
and the products are quality checked. Readings will occur weekly and annotations will happen
simultaneously to ensure the understanding of the product that is to be produced. The
discussions posted by the other project managers on the project will ensure quality checks are
in place and information will not be missed. Video quizzes will consist of videos with questions
from the client to ensure the project manager understands what is needed from them to
contribute to the project's success. The project plan will need to be created to lay out all of the
necessary information for the project manager to understand the due dates along the way. The
discrepancy between time planned and time spent will vary depending on the project manager’s
invested time on each task.
