LTBR AD 2.20 YEREL HAVALİMANI DÜZENLEMELERİ / LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

1- Heliport iniş sahası mevcut değildir. Helikopterler iniş ve
kalkışlarında ATC talimatlarına riayet edeceklerdir.
2- 25 pist başı konma bölgesi işaretlerinin sağ en içteki çizgisinin
merkez hattına uzaklığı 9 metre, sol en içteki çizgisinin merkez
hattına uzaklığı 9 metredir. Bununa aksine 25 pist başı konma
bölgesi (TDZ) armatürlerine ait baret çiftinin en içteki Sol Baret
armatürü pist merkez hattına 9,25 metre uzaklıkta, en içteki Sağ
Baret armatürü ise pist merkez hattına 10,25 metre uzaklıktadır.
TDZ işaretleme ve ışıkları üst üste çakışmamakta olup, pilotların
müteyakkız olmaları gerekmektedir.
3- Kullanım Şekli: Askeri-Sivil
4- a) Havalimanımıza gelen A330, A340 vb büyük gövdeli (E ve F
Kategori) hava araçları, Follow-me Marshalling eşliğinde, ATC
talimatlarına uyarak uçak park pozisyonlarına park ettirilecektir.
b) Havalimanımızda eğitim faaliyetinde bulunan küçük gövdeli
uçaklar; havalimanımıza büyük gövdeli uçakların gelmesi
durumunda; küçük gövdeli uçaklar için oluşturulan park
pozisyonlarını boşaltacaklardır. Havalimanı otoritesinin
talimatlarına riayet edeceklerdir.
c) De-icing uygulaması yaptırmak isteyen uçaklar, 1 Numaralı
park pozisyonunu kullanmayacak ve havalimanı otoritesinin
talimatlarına riayet edecektir.
1- Helicopter landing area is not available. Helicopters conducting
landing and take-off operations shall abide by the ATC
instructions.
2- The innermost touchdown zone (TDZ) marking at the right side
of TDZ markings of RWY 25 is located 9 meter away from RWY
centerline, and the innermost TDZ marking at the left side of TDZ
markings is located 9 meter away from RWY centerline. On the
contrary, the innermost TDZ light at the left side barrette of
touchdown zone (TDZ) light barrettes of RWY 25 is located 9,25
meter away from the RWY centerline and the innermost TDZ light
at the right side barrette of TDZ light barrettes is located 10,25
meter away from the RWY centerline. The innermost TDZ lights
of RWY 25 are not located in same alignment with innermost TDZ
markings. Pay attention please.
3- Available to: Military-Civil
4- a) The Wide body (Category E and F) A330, A340, etc. aircrafts
shall be parked at parking positions with Follow-me, Marshalling
guidance and ATC instructions.
b) The light body aircrafts which use the airport for training flight,
shall leave parking positions of the light body aircrafts in case of
using the airport by the wide body aircrafts.
c) The Parking position Number 1 shall not be used for de-icing
and pilots shall comply the instructions of the airport authority.

2- Havaalanı Kuş Göç Yolları üzerindedir:
a) Ağırlıkları 5 Kg. civarında olan leylekler genellikle Nisan, Mayıs
ve Haziran aylarında 100-500 adet civarında 30-1500 FT
yükseklikte; göç zamanlarında ise 5-6000 FT arasında
uçmaktadırlar. Zaman zaman kuşların adedi 1000-1500 arasında
olmaktadır. Konaklama alanları 07L/25R, 07R/25L çevresi ve PAT
sahaları civarıdır. Eylül, Ekim aylarında ise geri dönüşler başlar
Uçuşlar kuzey-güney doğrultusunda yapılır.

2- This Aerodrome is on the Bird Migration Routes.
a) Storks with approximately 5 Kg. weight generally fly at 30-1500
FT height in flocks consisting of 100-500 birds in April, May and
June. When migrating, they tend to fly between 5-6000 FT height,
and the intensity of bird population in flocks rises up to 1000 –
1500. They stopover around the movement area adjacent to
07L/25R, 07R/25L RWY. Storks migrate back in September and
October. Migration route is north-south direction.

b) Özellikle Kasım, Aralık, Ocak ve Şubat aylarında yabani
güvercinler 500-750 adet arasında 0-1500 FT
yüksekliğinde yoğun bir şekilde havaalanı PAT sahaları
civarında bulunmaktadır.
c) Ağustos, Eylül ve Ekim aylarında ise ağırlıkları 18-20 gr.
civarında olan kırlangıçlar sürü halinde bulunur. Sayıları
1000-1500 arasında olup uçuş yüksekliği 0-1000 FT. dir.
Kırlangıçlar özellikle gün doğumundan sonra ve gün
batımından önce PAT sahaları civarında bulunur ve kuzey-
güney doğrultusunda uçarlar.
3- a) 07L/25R Pisti merkez hattının 60 M Kuzeyi ve
Güneyinde 07L Pist başından 450 M, 25R Pist başından
427 M mesafede hook bariyer barakaları mevcuttur.
Baraka Yüksekliği: 2.3 M GND.
07L/25R Pisti merkez hattının 30 M Kuzeyi ve Güneyinde,
07 Pist başına 47 M mesafede ağ bariyer kaideleri
mevcuttur.
Kaide Yüksekliği: 1.6 M GND.
b) 07L/25R pist merkez hattının 37,5 M mesafede,
kuzeyinde ve güneyinde 1,70 M yüksekliğinde 300 M
aralıklarla, kırılabilir malzemeden (ahşap) yapılmış 22
adet numaratör vardır.
c) 07R/25L pist merkez hattının 28 M mesafede,
kuzeyinde ve güneyinde 1,80 M yüksekliğinde 300 M
aralıklarla, kırılabilir malzemeden (ahşap) yapılmış 18
adet numaratör vardır.

b) Rock doves usually fly at 0-1500 FT height in intensely
populated flocks consisting of 500-750 birds around the
movement area of aerodrome in November, December,
January, February.
c) Flocks of swallow with 18-20 gr. weight fly at 0-1000 FT
height. In flocks consisting of 1000-1500 birds in August,
September, October. Generally stopover around the
movement area after sunrise and before sunset. They fly
north-south direction.
3- a) With reference to RWY 07L/25R, hook barrier
barracks are located at 60 M Northbound/Southbound of
the subject RWY centerline at a distance of 450 M from
the THR RWY 07L and 427 M from the THR RWY 25R.
Height of Barracks: 2.3 M GND
With reference to RWY 07L/25R, net barrier posts are
located at 30 M Northbound/Southbound of the subject
RWY centerline at a distance of 47M to the THR RWY 07L.
Height of Posts: 1.6 M GND
b) With reference to RWY 07L/25R, there are 22
numerators which is made of fragile material (wood) and
located at 37,5 M Northbound/Southbound of the subject
RWY centreline, height 1,70 M and 300 M intervals.
c) With reference to 07R/25L, there are 18 numerators
which is made of fragile material (wood) and located at 28
M Northbound/Southbound of the subject RWY centreline,
height 1,80 M and 300 M intervals.
