MIND AND BODY BALANCE TREATMENTS
PHYSIOTHER APY
Introductory session (1 hour)
Our qualified pet physiotherapist will gently examine your pet’s body to determine all the areas that need treatment. Massage and stretches will
then be performed according to your pet’s needs and a bespoke treatment programme will be designed for your pet’s rehabilitation.
Follow-up session (45 minutes)
Your pet’s body will be reassessed and massaged. Stretches, and any other form of therapy required, will also be carried out. Your pet’s bespoke
rehabilitation programme will be adjusted to suit any changes in your pet’s health and wellbeing.
LUXURY CANINE MASSAGE (1 hour)

Based on Swedish massage, this luxurious canine massage session will help relax your pet’s muscles and release soothing endorphins.
Pheromones therapy is used in conjunction with this treatment to aid relaxation and help your pet bond with the massage therapist, ensuring
a calm and effective environment.
ANIMAL COMMUNICATION & REIKI HEALING (1.5 hours)

Animal communication is used to discover what is happening with your pet from his or her perspective. Such a therapy is an effective way of
helping animals with physical, emotional and behavioural problems. Reiki is a healing method administered by laying on hands, or by absent
healing, and channelling energy to the animal enabling them to heal faster. This introductory session provides an opportunity for our reiki master
to learn about your pet’s issues and to begin communicating with your pet. A consultation with the pet owner is followed by 40 minutes of reiki
and 20 minutes of animal communication.
Follow-up session (1 hour)

Our follow-up session combines 40 minutes of reiki followed by 20 minutes of animal communication.
BEHAVIOUR AL SUPPORT CONSULTATION

In-store consultation with qualified pet behaviourist (1.5 hours)
During this bespoke one-to-one session our qualified pet behaviourist will focus on obedience and behavioural problems, such as separation
anxiety, aggression, house training, and nerve-based or social issues.
Home Visit (2 hours)
ONE-TO-ONE PUPPY OR KITTEN CONSULTATION (45 minutes)

Our qualified veterinary nurse or pet behaviourist will advise on how to care for your new puppy or kitten, including giving behaviour tips,
grooming, diet and dental care, as well as a general health and weight check.
All treatments include a detailed prescription for care, health and nutrition products. Your pet must be fully vaccinated.
Please bring your vaccination records to your first appointment. Mineral water will be available at all times throughout your pet’s treatment.

Nutrition and Fitness Suite
Weight Management Programme IN ASSOCIATION WITH HILL’S PET NUTRITION (Six 30-minute sessions)
Our personalised Weight Management Programme will help your pet reach and maintain their ideal weight. Being overweight or underweight
can seriously damage your pet’s long-term health. Our programme includes diet and exercise advice, nutrition information sheets, keeping
a food diary, and regular weight checks. The introductory session is followed by five weekly weigh-in and assessment sessions lasting from 15
to 20 minutes.
Personal fitness Training Session (30 minutes)

Why not treat your pet to a personal fitness training session in our fitness suite? After an initial consultation and assessment, including advice on
increasing or maintaining your pet’s fitness, your pet can be put through their paces on our specially designed pet treadmill or using our range
of exercise equipment. A block of six 30-minute sessions is also available.
THE OLD AGE PENSIONER CLUB (45 minutes)

As our pets get older they can often suffer from a range of joint and mobility problems. Bring your pet along to The Old Age Pensioner Club
and receive advice on gentle exercise, weight management, diet, and joint care.
NUTRITION CONSULTATION IN ASSOCIATION WITH HILL’S PET NUTRITION (45 minutes)

Do you have a fussy feline or a dog with a sensitive tummy? Perhaps you just want to make sure your pet’s food is the optimum choice for their
age and breed? A one-to-one session with one of our nutrition consultants will help uncover your pet’s specific needs. The consultation includes
tailored nutrition and diet advice, a weight check, and a bespoke feeding plan.
MOT Health Check (45 minutes)

Our qualified veterinary nurse will advise on how to care for your pet, including coat and skin care, joint and
muscle health, diet and dental care. This all-inclusive MOT involves a general health and weight check.
MICROCHIPPING (20 minutes)

Microchipping provides a permanent, inexpensive form of identification that cannot be lost, altered, or
intentionally removed. A tiny glass inert capsule the size of a grain of rice is injected into the neck. The capsule
contains a unique identification number linking you to your pet. The process is quick and painless and can help ensure
a happy reunion should you lose your pet. The Pet Spa at Harrods employees are certified microchippers and use
the pet-detect microchipping system, which has a universal scanner able to read chips from all countries. We can
microchip dogs, cats, ferrets, and rabbits.

Full Body Groom (2-5 hours)

Our full body treatment offers everything your dog needs to look good both in and out of the park. This includes dead-hair removal, a nail
trim, a between pads and paw trim, an ear cleanse, two shampoos, a warm blow dry, a custom coat styling by a Pet Spa at Harrods stylist,
and a luxury finishing cologne spritz.
Head stylist: Our head stylist provides The Pet Spa’s exclusive clientele with a unique opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and
experience of an award-winning competition groomer. A full consultation will determine your pet’s needs.
Senior stylist: Our senior stylists are fully qualified with experience in a wide variety of dog breeds and at least three years’ experience
at the top of their profession.
Quick Groom (30 minutes)

Having a regular mini groom will remove dead hair, help to prevent matting and keep your dog’s coat in top condition in between each
Full Body Groom. This is particularly effective for long-haired or double-coated breeds such as the Newfoundland, Golden Retriever,
German Shepherd, Chow Chow, and Tibetan Terrier, or breeds that will benefit from regular coat care, such as the Shitzu, Labradoodle
and Cockerpoo.
Wash & Fluff Dry (1-2 hours)

For the busy pet who is always on the go our Wash & Fluff Dry service does the trick. This includes dead-hair removal, two shampoos,
a warm blow dry, and a luxury finishing cologne spritz.
COMPLIMENTARY JOHN PAUL PET PUPPY WASH & FLUFF DRY (1-2 hours)
Introduce your new puppy to the benefits of grooming. A gentle brush through will be followed by a
relaxing body wash using John Paul Pet Tearless Shampoo for puppies and kittens. The shampoo helps
condition and add lustre to your pet’s coat. A warm blow dry will encourage your puppy to relax in the
grooming environment ready for future appointments. Puppies must be under four months to qualify for this
complimentary service. Only one complimentary Puppy Wash & Fluff Dry per dog.
Hand-stripping (certain breeds of dog require their coat to be stripped by hand) or de-matting of your pet’s coat may
be added to our Full Body Groom or Wash & Fluff Dry services.

Coat Colour Enhancing & WHITENING CONDITIONING BATH * (15 minutes)

A choice of rich and conditioning colour enhancing and whitening (non-bleach) shampoos and conditioning treatments intensify the natural
coat colour – for black, white, red, brown or copper coats – and leave it feeling silky smooth and full of shine. Our stylist will recommend
the best product for your dog.
Tear Stain Treatment * (30 minutes)

Our Tear Stain Treatment is the ultimate in natural tear stain removal. With herbal flower extracts acting as a natural antibiotic, this
treatment works wonders on light and white-coloured coats. Externally applied, this safe, non-irritating and effective cleanser helps to
remove stains and inhibit dark-staining production. Our products do not contain bleach, peroxide, steroids or other harmful agents.
This treatment includes the first application and guidance from a qualified groomer on how to apply at home. Tear Stain Treatment starter
packs are available to buy in-store for regular home application.
JOHN PAUL PET LUXURY SPA EXPERIENCE * (15 minutes)

Treat your treasured companion to a lavish bubble bath with a relaxing in-bath massage that will help soothe and relax tired muscles.
Your pet’s coat will be cleansed with John Paul Pet Calming Moisturizing Shampoo and a conditioning treatment using John Paul Pet Oatmeal
Conditioning Rinse will follow. This treatment also includes a luxury warm towel wrap and a spritz of a John Paul Pet Conditioning Spray
to finish.
Pet Pedicure * (30 minutes)

This relaxing pedicure includes a vanilla and milk-thistle paw soak, nail trim, between pads and paw trim, steam towels to soften paw pads
and a gentle paw massage. The treatment helps to heal paws damaged by gravel, asphalt, snow, salt-treated roads and hot pavements,
and the vitamin-enriched conditioners keep paws soft, making them less likely to crack. This soothing pedicure will leave your pet’s paws
feeling refreshed.
Deluxe Pet Pedicure * (1 hour)

Our Deluxe Pet Pedicure includes all the benefits of our regular pedicure, but with the added luxury of painted nails. Our nail polish is safe
for pets, quick drying and only requires one application.

A refreshing and hydrating facial scrub to cleanse, soothe and balance. It has a natural and gentle exfoliating effect, helping to remove dirt
and unsightly tear stains around the eyes and mouth. The treatment includes a relaxing head massage.
AROMATHER APY BATH & BODY MASSAGE * (30 minutes)

A calming and relaxing treatment in which your pet is massaged with your choice of aromatic oil and coat-strengthening aromatherapy
massage gel. This in-bath massage promotes blood circulation, relieves stress and enhances both the metabolism and the lustre of the coat.
JOHN PAUL PET TEA TREE CONDITIONING TREATMENT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN * (15 minutes)
A gentle treatment for sensitive skin using John Paul Pet Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioning Spray. Natural Australian tea tree oil helps
heal and soothe skin irritations, whilst a leave-in conditioner adds shine to dull, dry coats.
JOHN PAUL PET OATMEAL HEALING BATH * (20 minutes)

John Paul Pet Oatmeal Shampoo, Conditioning Rinse and Conditioning Spray are used to help relieve skin irritations, moisturise dry, itchy
skin and replenish dry, dull coats.
THALASSOTHER APY MUD BATH * (30 minutes)

In thalassotherapy, mud containing minerals, sea mud and seaweed extract is gently massaged into the skin. Designed to maintain healthy
skin and a smooth, lustrous coat, this treatment removes the waste from deep inside the pores that cannot be washed away with ordinary
shampoo. The treatment includes a warm towel wrap.

FRESH BREATH TREATMENT * (15 minutes)

Treat your pet to our Fresh Breath Treatment after his or her groom. Our mouth brush and enzyme mouth gel blends natural, holistic
ingredients to kill germs that cause bad breath, plaque and gingivitis. This gentle treatment soothes minor gum irritations and produces a
healthy oral environment. The treatment includes the first application, with guidance from a qualified groomer on how to apply at home.
Fresh breath starter kits are available to purchase in-store for regular home application.
THE SPARKLE TREATMENT * (15 minutes)

Whether it’s an Oscar party or a New Year’s Eve ball they’re attending, your pooch will be red carpet ready with our special sparkle
treatment. A choice of shimmer spray colours (non-permanent and safe for pets) is available, along with a bow tie for boys or a pretty pink
ribbon for girls.
SUPER SUNSCREEN APPLICATION * (10 minutes)

As with humans, it is important to protect your pet’s skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Problems such as skin cancer can develop on
vulnerable areas such as ear tips and noses, particularly when your pet has white or light-coloured skin and coat. During this treatment
sunscreen specifically developed for animals is sprayed onto your pet’s skin providing much-needed protection during the summer months.
Sunscreen is available to buy in-store for regular home application.
