 INTRODUCTION
PET GOODS MANUFACTURING was established in 1972. We are a manufacturer of innovative and quality pet products
that feature well known brands and licenses. Our focus is to expand and add new retail partners and leverage our product
development expertise through our Global Sourcing and Manufacturing Alliances. We are very conscientious that Corporate
Responsibility is a vital part of our community and we are aware of the effects. We strive to implement a structure that
maintains this awareness in every detail of our daily business.

• The company’s own trademark brands are known as SSS Pet Care®; OrthoCare Pet®; & Pooch Passions®.

We recently entered into a Distribution Agreement with Marketing Results, Ltd., and established MRL Pet Goods, LLC to
combine and utilize over 50 years of collective experience in USA Manufacturing, Licensing, Product Design/Development,
Global Sourcing, Corporate Branding, Private Label and Customization Programs. This vast experience translates into
offering our partner alliances many options as to how we can build a mutually rewarding relationship together; not only with
our current product selection, but also our ability to develop custom and unique products specifically to compliment your
company’s style.

Our Pooch Passions® Freeze Dried Liver Treats are continuously dubbed
the “filet mignon” of Pet Treats. They have been a favorite for years amongst
professional dog trainers and dog show enthusiasts as a reward treat. Our
treats are 100% All Natural and Preservative Free. The Freeze Dried Process
not only retains the Raw Meat Flavor, but also adds to the shelf life stability.
The resealable bags are available in several convenient sizes. Our Treats are an
exceptional product to cross merchandise with training toys.
Our Pooch Passions® Flavor Drops are available in two flavors that dogs
love: Yogurt and Peanut Butter. Specially formulated and naturally flavored,

bed choices vary in styles, designs and fabrics. Our beds are designed with
a pet’s comfort in mind. You can choose from our Value Beds to our 5 Star
Rated SSS Brand. If it’s a particular type of bed you’re looking for to fill a
void in your store, we have a dedicated Product Development and Design
Team that you can work closely with to create “On Trend” designs. Our goal

COIL SPRING BEDS

Our SSS Petcare® Coil Springs are the heart of this luxurious
bed designs. Our Signature Mattress Bed is the ultimate in
Comfort, Support and Luxury. The inner coils are surrounded
by layers of foam/fiber and encased in a waterproof liner to
provide added protection for older pets. Choose from our
Pillow Top Mattress or our Fleece Top Mattress. Each bed offers
at least 6 inches of firm support for older pets, large breeds, or
pets with hip dysplasia or joint problems. Cover is removable
for washing. Sheets are available and sold separately upon
request. Available in various sizes.
 ORTHOCARE BEDS
Our SSS® Orthocare Pet Beds are another Top Choice to
provide Support and Comfort. The inner construction and core
of this bed is a generous 6 inches of Dual Density Foam/Fiber.
Soft Fleece Top and Twill Fabric around the sides and underside.
Decorative piping. Zippered cover is removable and washable.
Available in various sizes.

Our SSS Petcare™ Headrest Beds are a staple in our bed
designs. The unique style and design has a built-in soft fleece
pillow at one end of the bed while the body of the bed is soft
fabric. The inner construction is high quality foam. Removable,

Our Wrought Iron Bed Frames are available in sizes to
compliment our SSS PetCare® and OrthoCare Mattress Beds.
The frame is sturdy and durable with cross piece construction

home, showcase it and keep it off the floor in our pet bed frame.

 FLEECY BEDS
Our “Original” Fleecy Mats/Beds have been a pet owner
favorite for over 30 years. The 100% Heavyweight 2” Thick
double-sided Plush Pile is trimmed with accent piping and
available in three popular sizes to fit most crates. Non-
Allergenic, Reversible, Machine Washable and Bleach Safe. A
“take anywhere” soft plush place for your pet to rest.

CUDDLER BEDS
This bed design features Soft and Cozy Fleece inner walls
and sides for pets who like to snuggle in! Core polyurethane
construction provides support. The front of the bed wall is
slightly indented for your pet’s easy access.

Our SSS DenimDown® Beds are for a pet what jeans are for
us! For centuries, denim jeans have been our go to “comfort
clothes”. We now introduce you to Pet Beds that are constructed
with Supple Denim Fabric and generously filled the inner liner
with soft, lofty plush fiber. Pets will return to the comfort of this
bed when they want to Snuggle, Sleep, & Snooze. Available in
