RE: INVITATION TO YOUR CHOIR TO BE A GUEST PERFORMER ON “YOU ARE THE LIGHT (YEAR 2)”
The King Solomon Singers is a non-profit SATB choir with dedicated members who follow the motto,
“Finding God in musicality, spirituality and community”. Guided with the influence of Ignatian values, we
seek wisdom by delivering top caliber musicality while searching for a deeper relationship with God and
involving each member in community service.
Last year, we organized a fundraiser called “You Are The Light” where we successfully raised funds to
purchase Noche Buena packs and Hygiene & Health kits to the families of 115 persons deprived of liberty
(PDLs) in Tigaon District Jail. During the turn-over, we serenaded them with Christmas songs and even
featured them during our online thanksgiving concert to our benefactors.
This year, we wish to do this again with “You Are The Light (Year 2)” dedicated to the solo parents in San
Rafael, Tigaon, Camarines Sur. From Oct 30 to Nov 30, we will be raising funds to purchase Noche Buena
packs worth 500 pesos each. To thank our sponsors and donors, we will produce an online thanksgiving
serenade featuring our beneficiaries. Below is a calendar of tasks for your reference:
With this, we humbly invite the Canticum Dominum Choir to be one of our guest performers during the
online thanksgiving serenade. Please confirm your participation on or before Nov 15, 2022 so that we
may add you in our publication materials. Should you accept our invitation, we would be requesting one
(1) pre-recorded music video from your group on or before December 10, 2022.
Please note that you can choose any song in relation to a Christmas prayer EXCEPT:
O Come, All Ye Faithful
Christmas Praise by Jim Murray and Tom Fettke
Carol of the Bells by Mykola Leontovych and Peter J. Wilhousky
All That I Am (Magnificat) by David Haas
You Are The Light by Tom Fettke
Simbang Gabi by Lucio San Pedro
Tuloy na Tuloy Pa Rin Ang Pasko by APO Hiking Society

common desire for music and community service, we can serve God the best way we can. Thank you.
