Failure of any of the Parties hereto to require performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect such Party's right to seek full performance thereof at any time thereafter, and any waiver by any of the Parties hereto of a breach of any provision hereof shall not constitute a waiver of a similar breach in the future or of any other breach, No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and duly executed by the representatives of the Parties hereto.
