No, its not a big deal - I dont think, I just dont think we were prepared ... cuz we thought it was taken care of by the blanket

It's actually a big problem for me as there is no blanket assignment just the Note Sale Agreement. My problem is that some of

these properties are being foreclosed everyday due to ba ck taxes and since there is nothing recorded in the public records of the
individual counties w e w ill not be getting notified to try to protect our interests prior to tax deed sales.

Is it a big deal to get some assignments done? What if I paid the attorneys directly for preparing some assignments. I'm only
going to need about 25% of them?
