third parties providing external

In accordance with the Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors No. 403 dated November
18, 2019, I order:

1. To approve the new Regulations for organizing work on the relocation (reorganization) of
objects, carried out in the interests and at the initiative of third parties, providing for an external
source of funding.
2. In order to implement the new Regulations for organizing work on the relocation (reorganization)
of facilities carried out in the interests and on the initiative of third parties, providing for an
external source of funding, to approve the Temporary Regulations for the interaction of
subdivisions of PJSC “MOESK” on the preparation, conclusion, approval and execution of
Agreements on compensation for reorganization networks initiated by third parties.
