    Notice of refusal to sign the contract

    “Atomstroyexport” JSC, being an cunstomer of an open competitive


    negotiations without the qualification selection for right to conclude a contract
    for development of design documentation for marine hydraulic structures of
    “Akkuyu” NPP (notice of the request for proposals and documentation for the
    request for proposals published on the official website of nuclear industry
    purchases of the State Corporation «Rosatom» June, 25 2014
    http://zakupki.rosatom.ru (purchase № 140625/1065/130)) in accordance with
    item 28.5.2. Uniform industrial procurement standard (Regulation on
    procurement) of the State Nuclear Energy Corporation “Rosatom” and item
    4.15.14 of the Documentation on the competitive negotiations notify of refusal
    of the Customer to sign the contract on the results of the procurement
    procedure by reason of changes in the needs.
