Road (ADR) (i.e. Journal of Law of 2013, item 815), undersection 5.1.5.2.1 of Schedule
to the Regulations concerning the lnternational Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail
(RlD) representing Schedule C to the Convention on International Carriage by Rail
(COTIF) (Journal of Law of 2013 item 840), under section 5.1.s.2.1 of the European
Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland
Watenvays (ADN) (Journal of Law of 2010 No. 235, item 1537), under section 5.1.5.2.1
of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code lncorporating Agreement 36-12 -
2012 Edition (the IMDG Code), under section 1.2.2.1 in part 5 of the ICAO Technical
Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air 2013-2014 Edition, as
well as Art. 104 S 1 and Art. 155 of the Act of 14.06.1960 - The Code of Administrative

Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material, 2009 Edition Safety
{ Standards Series No. TS-R-1, issued by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA),
the Act of 15.11.1984 - the Carriage Law, in particular Art. 36 par.1 subpar. 3 (Journal of
Law of 2012, item 'l 173 as amended), ---

complies with the requirements for radioactive material in specia! form as defineo
in international regulations and regulations being in force in Poland concerning safe
carriage of radioactive materials. ---
