WARNING

Hot hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil under pressure can cause severe injuries.

Due to the large number of hoses and lines, observe the following. Check seals and O-rings and replace if necessary. Replace
previously removed harness straps and tighten previously disconnected hoses and lines securely to the following torques,
unless otherwise specified.
Tightening torque

Tightening torque Nm
Width across flats 19 40
Hex socket head - 8 50
Hex socket head - 10 85
Hex socket head - 12 135

1. Connect the lifting tackle to the main valve block and connect the tackle to a lifting device.

2. Lift the valve block to the valve compartment.

3. Connect the hose 3.

4. Connect the hose 2.

5. Lower the valve block and check that the connection1 slides into the hose.

6. Let the valve block stop a bit above the plate so that it is possible to adjust the position of the block.

7. Fit the screws 2(4).

8. Lower the valve block so it is resting on the plate.

9. Remove one screw at a time and apply threadlocking fluid to it and put it back. Tightening torque 190 Nm.

10. Connect the hose and secure it with the pipe retainer1.

11. Remove the lifting tackle and the lifting eyebolts from the valve block.

12. Connect the hoses 2for the servo hydraulics on the bottom of the block.

13. Tighten the hose clamp for the hose 1on the shunt valve.
Tightening torque 5.5 Nm.

14. fit the hose in the connection 1on the P1 block.

17. Connect the hoses 1(hidden) and 2to the thermostat valve.
Tightening torque 80 Nm.

18. Connect the hose 4.


Tightening torque 85 Nm.

19. Connect the hose 5 (hidden).


Tightening torque 50 Nm.

20. Connect the hoses 1 and 2to the thermostat valve.


Tightening torque 80 Nm.

21. Connect the hose 3to the shunt [Link] torque 50 Nm.

22. Connect the hoses 1 for the servo hydraulics.

24. Disconnect the vacuum pump, [Invalid linktarget].

25. Check the hydraulic oil level.

26. Start the engine.

27. Check functions.

28. Detect and remedy any leakage.

29. Shut off the engine.

30. Fit the wall 1.
