the first leg. For the second leg, do not cut
yarn. Do not fasten off. Connect the legs
together. The first sc of round 7 should be
placed on the first leg.

Rnd 8-12 (5 rnds): sc around (24)
Rnd 13: (6sc, dec) x 3 (21)
Rnd 14-15 (2 rnds): sc around (21)
Rnd 16: (5 sc, dec) x 3 (18)

Cut yarn and fasten off. Leave a long tail for

A. Put these together in the first st: hdc, dc,

tr. ch 3, sl st on the first st of the ch you
made.

B. On the second st: tr, dc, hdc

Reapeat A & B around the hood. sl st on the
last st. Cut yarn and fasten off.
