V: Good morning, my name is Thanh Vy and I’m the manager of Business department.

Because of the
Covid - 19 so we have to interview via Zoom. Anyway, Thanks for coming in.

P: Good morning. It’s my pleasure. Thanks so much for meeting with me.

V: How are you doing?

P: I’m good. But, the weather change consistently, so sometime I have a headache.

V: Now, are you Ok?

P: Yes, I’m fine, thanks.

V: So, to get started? I would like to ask you some questions about yourself.

P: Sure.

V: Which school did you graduate from?

P: I studied at QN university and graduated in 2026 with a degree in Business. I also did a two-year
internship in several companies that cooperate with QN university.

V: What is your current job Phuong?

P: I’m working part-time as a customer advisor in a small cosmetic company. That job gave me a lot of
valuable experience, but I think I should have a breakthrough.

V: So you came to our company to find a breakthrough.

P: Yeah!

V: I can say that you have found the right company. But, this job is extremely hard. I require a high
responsibility person who can work under the pressure.

P: Can you tell me a little bit about the main responsible of this position?

V: Speaking honestly, this position will have to work closely with me. You will often communicate and
correspond with a lot of people. Besides, you have to ensure meetings are effectively organized.

P: What type of qualifications do you require?

V: I require a four-year college degree in Business. Some working experience would be helpful. So, did
you have any previous experience while working in cosmetic company.

P: Greeting business clients and guests are my daily responsibility. Besides, I was also responsible for
documenting the revenue and sales numbers from the sales team's reports.
V: Do you mind working overtime?

P: No, I'm used to working overtime. It’s not a problem with me. But, May I ask you about the salary of
this job.

V: This is a high paying job. But, in the first three years, the salary will be between 30.000 and 50.000
pound per year. After that, we will consider promotion and increase your salary based on your
performance in the working process.
P: Ok. It will be a challenge for me.
