Task 1: What is Sandra's problem?
Read 3 pieces of advice here and guess what Sandra's problem is
Sandra, you should remember to wear sunscreen the next time you go to the beach.

Task 2: Practice giving solutions and advice using given expressions


Divide everyone into two teams (Team A and Team B). A member from team A will come up
and give random pieces of advice. If team B can guess what the problem is based on the
advice, they will get a point, if they can't and team A can answer, team A will get a point.
Take turns until everyone gives at least 1 advice.

Task 3: Discuss questions


1. Is it a good idea to always give advice to people around you? Why/why not?
2. What do you think a “good advice” should be?
3. Do you prefer your partner to listen or to give advice? Why?
4. When you have difficulties, would you contact a family member, a friend or a specialist?
5. When do you need help from a specialist?
