What is communication?

Personal communication

How can you describe the components of communication?

There has seven components of communication the first
one is the Sender, the sender is the person where the message
came from. Enconding is putting the message into a format that
is easier for the receiver to understand. Message It is the one
what you want to say to the receiver.Decoder it is the one that
how the audience understand the encoding. Receiver is the
person who receive the message, Response it is the reaction of
the receiver, Feedback it is the comment of the receiver if the
message of the sender are interpreted correctly.

Why do you think it is essential to determine the components

of communication?

Defining the part of communication is important because the

message that the sender will send is processed here so that the
receiver can better to understand the message and so that it is
clear what the sender wants to convey. Because without the
components of communication, it can be chaotic and the
receiver's understanding of the message will be different from
the sender what she/he want to say .
