Verifications are counted every time we successfully verify your user. If the verification is unsuccessful, you don’t pay for it. When choosing
a plan, we advise that you measure your past (if any) monthly verifications, add a safety net of 10%, and project for at least 20% annual
growth. Say, if you previously averaged 100-200 verifications, add a safety net of 10-20 monthly verifications, and account for potential
20-40 verifications coming from your growth. You would then look at a plan that o ers up to 300 rather than 200 monthly verifications.

Let's say you receive 100 user applications that each require a verification. Out of those 100 users, 13 failed to complete the verification
process by uploading the wrong document or for other mistakes. There were also 8 fraudulent attempts to register on your platform. Your
approved verifications amount to a sum of 79. Some of them needed few attempts to get approved but even so You only pay for the final
result being approved. Below you will find a more detailed explanation on how our transparent pricing model helps you scale without
compromising budget.

All packages are pre-paid annually. Purchased verifications / additional services expire only after 12
months. If the total volume of purchased verifications / additional services is used before the expiry
date / end of contract, the client has an option to purchase the same package or upgrade the
package for another 12 months.

*Platinum package volumes are customizable. Verifications expire in 12 or 24 months. Split

payment available.
