Responsibilities expected and met by him in the role of Assistant were as follows: = assist with set up and demount of the creative working environment = providing extra guidance to students lead warm up exercises and improvisation games when needed = demonstrate acting exercises for the students = guide them during drama and art time. - Lead sections of the class upon request (such as relaxation) Sivert was always punctual, reliable, generous, patient and honest.
