NARRATIVE REPORT ON TEACHERS’ DAY

CELEBRATION 2022
Teaching is the noblest profession. Every teacher shall manifest genuine
enthusiasm and pride in teaching as a noble calling. Last October 4, 2022, Tagdo
Elementary School has successfully celebrated the culmination of the World
Teacher’s Day with the theme “ The transformation of Education begins with
teachers”

On October 4, 2022, 8:00 am the culmination was held at the school level with
the help of the SPG students who leaded the very special program to honor the
teachers. Ullyzes Matthew M. Babia and Niña Althea B. Ampo, a grade-6 pupils were
the master of ceremony. A welcome message was delivered by Mr. Dennis B. Resma,
Head Teacher III. After his message, an intermission number was given by Christian
Mark G. Banaag and Christine Jean Mary B. Tiro, who won Top 6 in Dance sport
Competition last September. Followed by a tula by grade -1 A pupil. Then, a thanks
giving message by Jaffa Louise D. Sasil, SPG President. We also gave certificate of
appreciation and a simple token to the retirees who were also with us in celebrating
Teacher’s Day.

The most exciting part was the giving of flowers and gifts from the pupils by
grade level to all teachers. Maurene P. Acdal, a grade-4 pupil of Mrs. Jenny S.
Bernardo rendered also her angelic voice. And to entertain more, another intermission
number was given by TAGDO ES Modern Dancers. Next is the closing remarks given
by Mrs. Cheryl B. Mantiza, GPTA President. The program was ended through
community singing “ Thanks To You”.

After the program, all teachers went to the principal’s office and continue the
celebration together with the retirees and the EPS-I in English Mr. Luisito B. Acero.
The celebration was very enjoyable and successful.
