GUIDE FOR FILLING IN THE MEMBERSHIP FORM

1. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection.

2. Please clear the cache and cookies of your default browser, before filling the form. We
recommend using Google Chrome.
3. Please fill the form manually (Do not copy and paste).
4. While filling in the form, make sure that the information that is being added doesn’t
have any symbols or special characters (even commas). Look at the example below.

5. Please write a bio of not more than 100 words.

6. After successful submission, a confirmation window will appear. See the image below: -

7. you will also get a notification in your registered E-mail ID.
8. Note: After making an online payment, please ensure that the UTR no is forwarded to us
for further processing.
