Payment Terms:

Gross order value less than or equal to INR 3,00,000/- shall be paid 100% in advance.

Gross order value more than INR 3,00,000/- following payment terms shall apply.
a) 50% advance along with purchase order.
b) 40% against delivery of material.
c) 10% after complition.
d) In case the customer fails to make payment within 7 days from the delivery, an
inerest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding shall apply.

Warranty:

We hereby guarantee and warranty all work performed such as Powder Cotting, Hardware from the date of
completion by UNILEX WINDOWS AND DOORS SYSTEM LLP. In glass there is no warranty from company‘s
hand.

Installation:

Electricity connections, during window Installation, shall be provided free of charge.

Scaffolding, if required, is to be provided free of cost.

Offer Validity:

This offer is valid for one month.
