The Price Proposal is based on architectural drawings, dimensions provided to us and the same is valid for a
variation of +/-2mm only.
Delivery will start 4 - 5 Weeks from the date of Clear Site measurement duly signed by our Project Head and
Customer’s Site in Charge.
Installation of windows / doors shall be done on completion of plastered wall along with one coat of Paint. Please
ensure the openings are Plastered in right angles and with the clearance of 2 mm on all sides of the mentioned
sizes to install the windows / doors.

Storage and Security to be provided by Customer inside the project premises at free of cost. If Scaffoldings are
necessary for the Installation of the windows, should be provided by the customer. Mechanical Hoist should be
provided free of cost to lift the materials to various floors. Electrical points to be provided nearer to the window
openings at site free of cost. All our Profiles are covered with Protective tape. External Cleaning is part of customer
scope, whereas we will provide cleaning instructions as per SYPRUS Guidelines.
Transporting charge is included in the Prices. Unloading and Handling Charges will be Customer’s Scope;
including labor union issues, if any.
SYPRUS uPVC Window System carry Warranty of 10 years for uPVC Profiles and 1 Year for Hardware. Profile Using
( VEKA from Germany ).
Payment Terms - 50% Advance along with Signed Work Order and 40% before delivery (material ready at
Factory) 10%after completion of work.
Offer Validity - 15 days from date of offer.
Price Escalations - Escalation Charges will be claimed at 5% for every 45 days period. (If the Contract exceeds more
than 45 days.) Note: Any other Points other than the above may be discussed and finalized before issuing the work
order and shall be incorporated.
