BIO F110 Biology Laboratory Mid Sem Exam for the students registered in SEM I
January 2022 Session will be conducted on 12/03/2022; 3.30pm-5.00pm (Saturday)

Total marks: 60M OPEN BOOK EXAM (Recorded Bio Lab videos, Bio Lab
Manual and Prepared Notes can be utilized)

Syllabus:

Expt 1 Measurement of total protein content in the given sample
Expt 2 Measurement of glucose content in the given sample
Expt 3 Separation of chlorophyll pigments using paper chromatography
Expt 4 Microscopic examination of permanent slides
Expt 5 Study of the phenomenon of plasmolysis in onion peel

Note:

1. Online platform (Mettl) will utilized for proctoring purposes. Your attendance on Mettl
is must to consider your answer script for evaluation.
2. While taking the exam, all the students are expected to position in front of the camera
to be monitored by the examiner. Both the audio and video options on the exam platform
and the device should remain turned on.
5. Any unfair means is totally unacceptable.
6. It is the responsibility of the student to keep him/herself supported with an
uninterrupted internet connection (as mentioned in the course handout) during the exam.
7. Please give the exam only on either desktop or the laptop.
