1 what is advantages and disadvantage of globalization?

Advantages of Globalization:

 Resources of different countries are used for producing goods and services they
can do most efficiently.
 Consumers to get much wider variety of products to choose from.
 Consumers get the product they want at more competitive prices.
 Companies are able to procure input goods and services required at most
competitive prices.
 It promotes understanding and goodwill among different countries.
 Businesses and investors get much wider opportunities for investment.
 Adverse impact of fluctuations in agricultural productions in one area can be
reduced by pooling of production of different areas.
 Easier to communicate throughout the boundaries.
 Cultural interchange.
 The country easy export their product.
 Better service
 Standardization of living.
 Decrease the rate of poverty.

Disadvantages of Globalization:

 Developed countries can stifle development of undeveloped and under-

developed countries.
 Economic depression in one country can trigger adverse reaction across the
globe.
 It can increase spread of communicable diseases.
 Companies face much greater competition. This can put smaller companies, at a
disadvantage as they do not have resources to compete at global scale.
 Big companies are the only winner.
 The developed country reflects their culture for developing country.
 The developed easy extract in our resource.
 The gap between developed and developing country increase.

2 who benefit from globalization?

 I think both of us benefited from globalization, but we benefit from

globalization is for survive and to get in developed country and for international
trade import and export. The developed country use this for selling the product and
extracting in our resource. The developed for benefited from globalization.

3 what do you think the option?

The option is we must limit in our connection, but we can’t stop the connection
because of the world develop faster than we think we must follow them and in our
economy is dependent such as industrial inputs, international trade, Ethiopia is
developing country most of the people it’s doesn’t has basic needs like food, cloth,
shelter etc. its means Ethiopian need aid for those people. The developed also can’t
stop because most of their product are sell in Africa and import inputs for
production. Every palace has their unique potential like resource, manpower,
whether etc. we must exchange in our resource and balance the advantage and
disadvantage.
