Human resource management is crucial for helping the organization increase effectiveness,
manage corporate governance and ethical concerns beyond economic success, and enable realignment
of the organization's future direction and vision of new methods of working.

Sustainable human resource management helps create an effective organizational culture, job
security, health promotion, flexibility, participatory leadership, a value-added economy, self-
responsibility, and work-life balance.

And in addition, also when trying to support a sustainable business strategy, all of an
organization's basic HRM procedures must be implemented too. These can be divided into the following
categories such as hiring and selecting employees, providing them with appropriate training,
development, and compensation, providing supportive management, and fostering a positive
organizational culture.
