the relevance of copyright protection in the age of digital reproduction of music and
writing.

Introduction
Bengali culture has a rich legacy of arts music, and writing. The minute it comes to
music and writing Bengali people couldn’t hold their self’s they express their emotions
by music and writing. Bengali people are highly emotional and their life is centered
around their family. For most them, family is the 1st place where they inherit this thirst for
music and literature. Straight in this modern age, this thirst for music and literature
hasn’t been tainted. But here comes the question how they feel about protecting these
intellectual possessions or what are their views about protecting this intellectual
possession.
Even in this age of digitization era, Bangladesh falls longer back when it comes to
protecting this intellectual property. In Bangladesh, the exercise of copyright protecting
is absent among people in most cases even in today’s stage age of digitalization
people’s views about protecting these resources are awful. Bangladesh people’s
unaffiliated behavior towards copyright protection are noticeably low they are more
concerned about how they will satisfy their intended purpose while serving their purpose
most of them are altering the means of copyright protection.
Nobody body talks about this dispute Politian, lawmaker other authority regularly.
Underscore this issue and the importance of copyright law. There is actually no support
for artist to protect his or her creative work as a result Bangladesh standards of
copyright protection still stand inferior.

Research question
In my research paper, I plan to investigate what are Bangladesh people’s views about
the relevance of copyright protection in the age of music and writing. To do that end I
will be addressing the following research question.
 What is copyright?
  What are types of software piracy?
 What is soft lifting?
 How technology helps to refabricate it?
 How Bangladesh people are view copyright infringement in terms of music and
writing.
 How well-known is the idea about copyright violation is a crime?
 What is “fair use “?
 What are the limitation and exceptions of copyright?
 Do I need permission to use copyright music and writing?
 How long does copyright work last?

Hypothesis
Among people, there is an acute lack of awareness on subjects relating to copyright
protection in the age of digital reproduction on music and writing-related matters. The
law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh are less bothered, and most of the IP
litigation is confined to metropolitan cities owing to which the major section of the
society is deprived of legal remedies as provided by the copyright act and also it needs
to be determined that whether the ones filing under the copyright act are vested with
remedy or not!

Research Methodology:
For my primary research, I have plan to survey a representative sampling of at
least 30 members of the educated general public in Dhaka, Then I will design a
questionnaire with different types of questions to get a range of useful data
which will help me to answer my research questions and test my hypothesis.
For my secondary research, I plan to use the resources of the library and the
web – books and articles, standard references sources and databases,
government documents, media, and academic websites. This would include the
following sources:

Organization

My paper will be divided into several sections, the most important of which are
the Introduction, Background, Data Presentation, and Analysis, and Summary of
Findings. Within these sections, my organization will be based on my research
questions and hypothesis.

Timetable

I plan to complete my primary research by the end of March, and my secondary

research by mid-April. I shall complete writing the final draft of my Research
Paper by the end of April, and submit it by the specified deadline towards the
end of this semester.
