of South Bihar, Panchanpur, Gaya- 824236. According to my understanding intellectual
property laws are the important need of the society. In the 21st Century, most of peoples
are suffering from isolations, due to jobs far away from family. Entertainments are the
only routine through which peoples control their loneliness. Some of the examples are
Movie, Music, Novel, etc. These are the cultivation of human innovative brains and those
brains needs to be protected. Copyright is the law which protects the cultivation of those
brains. The primary objective of Copyright is not to reward the labours of authors, but to
promote the progress of science and useful arts, which is attained by providing exclusive
rights to authors to enjoy the benefits of the created subject matter for a limited period of
time.

My area of interest is Intellectual Property Laws, but there are no Firms or Advocates in
Patna, Bihar, working on Intellectual Property Laws, which is a drawback for me. I want
to explore this field of Law, because in recent scenario, I.P laws are more important than
the criminal laws for the development of nation. America’s Intellectual Property is worth
$5.8 trillion, more than the nominal GDP of any other country in the world. In India,
more than 70% of population does not know about the I.P Laws, which is affecting the
development of nation. India has a lot of artists working as Stand-Up Comedian, Singer,
etc, but none of are aware about Copyrights. We as a lawyer can aware them about
Copyright Laws, help them to register their subject-matter of their Copyright. People
usually quash their dreams of becoming landscape painter, singer, writer, etc, because of
their parents. Even Parents are not wrong, because they are not aware about the Copyright
law which can help their children to protect their innovations and to grow in their
interested fields, which is mostly undiscovered. Even a landscape painter can also earn
handsome amount, if he would be aware of the Copyright laws in India.

I have very small knowledge about Copyright laws, because we were taught by Copy
right laws during the pandemic, and we had to cover the whole syllabus of Intellectual
Property Laws, including Design, Patent, Trade-Mark, Semi-Conductor Integrated
Circuit Layout, Geographical Indications, etc. But to be assist the people of nation
everyone must have depth knowledge in the subject. This Course is the golden
opportunity for me to gain in-depth knowledge about Copyright laws, which would
eventually help me to broader my vision for Copyright laws. I am very eager to explore
more about Intellectual Property Laws.
