User research: summary

I gathered participants to conduct interviews to further understand the behavior of user around
water sceneries and get accustomed to their needs. The primary groups were working adults looking
for an escape from the big city.
This user group confirmed initial assumptions about how relaxing was their main concern ,but they
furthered raised awareness to how little to no interaction & no disturbances were another things
they were looking for.

Impact: What I learned:

The app makes users feel like Alban Swisra While designing the app , I learned that the first

really thinks about how to meet their needs ideas are only the beginning of the

process.Usability studies and peer feedbacks

One quote from peer feedback: influenced each of the iterations of this app.

“the app made it easy and quick to complete my

order. I would def. recommend this to my

colleagues for easier access.”
