Main Features:

1. SW-NF series stands for nut former & part former.

2. The air clutch brake system has been designed to actuate as “Inching ”, “Single stroke” and “Continuous running” cycle.

3. The solid cut-off die and knife ensures a square cut and clean edges.

4. The cut-off cam follower is designed at the center of the cut-off carrier rod to avoid eccentric force occurred on the cam follower pin and to
maintain the rigidity and longevity of the machine.

5. The positive knock-out cam in the punch side is designed by computer to achieve simplicity and precision. Punch side knock-out timing coincides
with the mainslide movement to prevent spill out of materials from forming die before knock-out.

6. The main machine parts like frame or mainslide has been normalized to release the internal stress after casting. It means to avoid deformation.

7. All cam is designed by computer program and machined through machine center to gain smooth surface and accuracy.

8. The stability and precision of the mainslide is secured by “Overarm” design and the application of harden alloy steel plates fixed to it will help
maintain its precision for a long period of operation.

9. The machines is equipped with automatic digital control checking device which will sensitively stop the machine and indicate abnormal to
operator.

10. Inverter is installed with AC motor to allow variable speed during testing and production.

11. Q.T.C. touch panel control system provides numerical adjustment individually for rear knock-out, cutting stopper and feeding length. Up to 99
memory slots to storing settings. Easily lock and loosen die block for tool change. (optional)

12. It enables the semi-automatic operation of rear knock-out thread, cutting stopper, and feeding length to achieve power saving, speedy, and user
friendly operation. (optional)

Some Main Components:

1. Machine body main frame is made of QT500 high quality cast iron cast by Taiwan factory.

2. Main sliding table is made of QT600 ductile iron cast by Taiwan factory.

3. Main crank shaft is made of 42CrMo forging alloy steel after Nitriding treatment.

4. All cams , rolling wheels and slide gibs are made of material SKD-11 after whole body vacuum hardening.

5. Gripping plate is made of aero hard aluminium after hard anodizing treatment.

6. Main die holder is made of 42CrMo forging alloy steel.

7. Wearing workpieces all are made of material 38 CrMo AIA after hard nitriding treatment.

8. Phosphor bronze PBC-2 is used for making all copper sleeves and brasses of the machine.

9. The bottom of front and back wing of main sliding table is adopted super wearing inserted copper plate (PBC-2 material) with self lubrication.

10. Main transmission clutch is adopted famous Taiwan Yung Shing product.

11. Adopting Imported NC Frequency Converter.

12. Adopting Japan Mitsubishi PLC.

13. Adopting Swedish originally Imported SKF bearings.

14. Lubricating pump, cooling pump are made by TSWU KWAN from Taiwan.
