INTRODUCTION
This chapter of the paper presents the problem and its setting. It includes the
background of the study, the statement of the problem, significance of the study, and
scope and delimitation of the study
Online shopping has come a popular way of shopping in the epidemic situation.
Presently, online shopping is growing throughout the world. People are using online
shopping platforms more constantly now than ever ahead, especially in light of the
epidemic. Through online shopping platforms, you can buy the maturity of goods from
colorful companies in other nations. Online shopping platforms have demonstrated a
strong interest in environmental issues. The assiduity has enormous implicit, and
practical products are attracting Generation Z's environmentally conscious buyers. In the
meantime, Generation Z guests have interest due to their enormous application
eventuality.
According to the eCommerce Law – Republic ActNo. 8792, the same penalties in
regular laws apply to eCommerce and online deals as well. Online fraud and scammers
are penalized with a minimal forfeiture of one hundred thousand pesos( PHP,000) and
obligatory imprisonment of six( 6) months to three( 3) times.
This study focuses on how satisfied Generation Z is in each shopping platform. This
study aims to know what makes Generation Z different in other generations when it
comes to buying in each shopping platform.
This study aims to determine the satisfaction of Generation Z in online shopping
platforms, The researchers sought answers to the following questions:
Generation Z- It will help them to know how satisfied they are with online shopping
platforms.
Parents - this study will help the Parents to know how much money their child spends on
online shopping.
Future Researcher- It would help the future researcher that is interested in this study. It
will serve as their basis and their background in their research.
This study will focus on the Satisfaction of Generation Z with online Shopping
Platforms. This way, the status of the respondents of the study will focus solely on
Students in Kasiglahan Village Senior High School.
The main purpose of our study is to know the satisfaction of Generation Z in online
shopping platforms.
