Conclusion #1
The study concludes that instructors must utilize strengths like knowledgeable in
his/her lessons, good teachers and have a sense of humor and improve weaknesses
like tardiness, voice modulation, uninstructive, poor classroom management, etc. in
order to become an effective instructors in formulating an academic intervention
program.

Conclusion #2
The study reveals that individuals had both positive and negative experiences
while receiving online education, with the latter being more positive. Participants'
positive experiences were aided by the flexibility of class participation time and self-
paced study, cost-effectiveness of online classes, electronic research availability, well-
designed course layout, ease of Internet connection, easy navigation of the online class
interface, and familiarity with the instructor. Delay in receiving feedback from the
instructor; lack of technical help from the instructor; lack of self-regulation and self-
motivation; feeling of isolation; boring instructional methods; and poorly-designed
course content were all factors that contributed to students' bad experiences.

Conclusion #3
The researchers believe that the studies taken together suggest that students
take online courses for some personal reasons. Several factors influence their
experience, some of which students control and some of which faculty control.

Reflection

1. I learned that conclusions should not include any numbers because numbers
tend to limit a generalization's powerful effect, impact, and scope. No conclusions
should be drawn without first gathering information. I also learned that
conclusions should highlight what was learned factually during the investigation.
The inferred or indirect implications of the findings, however, should not be used
to draw any inferences. I also taught that conclusions should only refer to the
study's population, area, or subject.
2. I will continue to study this topic because it will help me drive to any conclusions
from the summary of findings when doing my research in the near future.
