All passengers above 17 years old, must show their identity card such as national identity card, driving license, passport,
student card, or other identity card.

The name printed on the ticket must be same as the name printed on the passenger identity card.

For toddler or child under 3 years old, who are traveling with one adult,is not be charged for the seat taken.

Exchange your voucher with a real ticket in the nearest counter.

Cancellations and reschedule can be made at the nearest station counter by showing the identification card, according to
the name indicated in the voucher, no later than 1 hour before the train departure schedule, as stated on the ticket with a
25% cancellation fee.

Promo ticket (ticket with subclass code X,Y,and Z) can’t be cancelled or rescheduled.

Provision for pregnant woman in long-way train trip :

1. Women with gestational age 14 to 28 weeks, is available to travel.
2. If the gestational age is beyond 14 to 28 weeks, MUST bring a letter from your obstetrician/midwife which states :
- Gestational age at the time of examination.
- The womb is in a good condition.
- There is no abnormalities in the womb.
- Must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.

Passengers are allowed to carry luggage into the Train with a maximum weight 20 kg for each passenger and maximum
volume 100 dm3 (maximum dimension 70 cm x 48 cm x 30 cm).

Rates for excess baggage are as follows :

- Executive Class, IDR 10,000/kg;
- Business/ Commercial Economy class, IDR 6,000/kg;
- Non Commercial Economy class, IDR 2,000/kg.

It is forbidden to carry animals, firearms, sharp weapons, scented items, explosive materials, and drugs.
