Assume you are the manager in a small restaurant. You are responsible
for hiring employees, supervising them and recommending them for
promotion. Suggest a list of potentially discriminatory management
practice you should avoid.

- Discrimination on basis of sex, religion, race, color should be avoided in the hiring
process. I should not anyone because of sex or religion.
- I will not favor any applicant during the hiring process because of my relation with them
or reference.
- I will not treat or focus on specific employees because of their performance or origin.
- They should be guided and coached in a genuine manager.
- I will not treat employees in a bad way or discriminate them for any reason.
- I will not favor any employees over their leaders or other employees.
