We, Sheena Mae M. Salvaña and Meljan L. Salvaña, the parents of Chaz Arisha M.
Salvaña born on February 20, 2022, respectfully writes this letter to request the church to
allow my daughter to be baptized into the Catholic Church at San Isidro Cathedral,
Malaybalay City, Bukidnon on November 12, 2022.

However, we are aware that the parents of the child that is to be baptized should be
married in the Catholic Church first. Thus, we promise to follow the rules and principles
set by the church and marry as soon as my husband’s parents would be able to go home
in the Philippines within a few years’ time.

May this letter serve as our promissory note to marry.
