ORDER

Before this court is the Amended Information filed by

Provincial Prosecutor.

The prosecution is amending the information to add Jojon of

address, the accusatory portion reads as follows underscoring the
amended part, to wit:

AMENDED INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor accuses Junjun, of

address, and aksa , of address , ARTICLE II,
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9165, committed as follows:

That on the 20th day of August 2022, around 6:20

o'clock in the evening, more or less, at Purok 3, San Jose,
Municipality of Quezon, adress, Philippines, within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named
accused, conspiring. confederating and mutually helping
each other, did, then and there willfully, unlawfully and
criminally, possess under his exclusive custody and
control, one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets with
markings xxx , containing 0.2230 grams, of
Methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu), classified as a
dangerous drug, per Chemistry Report No. xxxx , without
any permit or authority from the government.

The crime is qualified as to accused Junjun in that

he is tested positive for drug use per Chemistry Report No.

 CONTRARY to and in violation of Section 11,
Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, as amended.”

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the amended

information is given due course. Accordingly, let the amended
information be attached to the case records.

Let a Warrant of Arrest be issued for the Apprehension of

xxxxxxx.
