Before this Court is a Motion for Release of three (3) Units Cellphone and
a Drivers License filed by accused through counsel Atty. adbvc.

The movants are the present owner of the following:

1. 1-unit cellphone Techno Spark brand, color blue and owned by aswffgh;
2. 1-unit cellphone Samsung brand, color black, and owned by asdfdfsg;
3. 1-unit cellphone Samsung brand, color white, and owned by asddgffnb;
and
4. A Driver’s License with asfdfhfgm, owned by asddfdfhmh.

presently under the custody of the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors

Office, adress, due to the instant case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, finding the Motion to be

meritorious, the same is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the Provincial
Prosecutors Office, ADSFGFDGGF is ordered to release the three (3) Units of
Cellphone and the Driver’s License to the lawful owner.
