Reflection
I have learned in this activity is that having a knowledge about self-defense is very important in
our life. This can help us to be more aware in our surroundings and to be alert in what might
happen in any situation. I have shared to my groupmates about my knowledge and what self-
defense weapons might we use and carry in our daily lives. Most importantly, for girls that is
always going out, they must have these kind of weapons for them to be safe and not worry for
the danger or risk. In martial arts, I have search the history of it and the when is the creation of it.
I have read also what I have put in the file. I have also learned that knowing this martial arts can
help us also in a dangerous situation. We can use this like a self-defense for us to be more safe
and it can improve balance, strength, stamina, flexibility, and posture and it can also enhance
weight loss and improve muscle tone. So martial arts can be very beneficial not just for self-
defense but also in our health.
