DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ABUSE POLICY

PT. Jetec Indonesia is committed to program that promote safety in the workplace
and employee health. All employees are expected to share in these objectives and to
take due care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be
affected by their acts or omissions at work.

Employee involvement with drugs and alcohol can adversely affect job performance
and employee morale, jeopardize employee safety, and can be a serious threat to
safety, environment, health and productivity. PT. Jetec Indonesia wishes to ensure
that all employees recognize this threat and aims at minimizing the risk involved. In
order to achieve this, the policy set out below will apply henceforth.

A disciplinary situation will result where the use or abuse of drugs, alcohol or other
substances, in or out of the work place compromises this principle.
Personnel employed by companies will be required to comply with the policy, whilst
on Company business or Company locations.

Being at work, or at Company sponsored training, whilst impaired by drugs, alcohol


or other substances is strictly prohibited.
The use, possession, distribution or sale of illegal drugs, or the illicit use of legal
drugs on Company business, including training or at Company locations is
strictly prohibited.
The use or possession of alcohol at Company work locations is strictly
prohibited.
Prior to employment, the Company will test for drug use as part of the medical
screening. Anyone failing the test will not be eligible for employment.
Employees involved in accidents, incidents or work place problems giving
rise to reasonable suspicion of drug, alcohol or other substance abuse, may
be requested by their Department Managers, to undergo testing for such
abuse

Failure to observe the above policy, including refusal to undergo testing or testing
positive for drugs or alcohol shall be grounds for disciplinary action including the
possibility of dismissal.
