- I learned a lot after completing this activity, such as how I truly responded to the said emotion. I was
able to openly share my experiences and how did I overcome those thingsin my life.
3. Was it easy or difficult to identify your experience regarding the emotion?
- At first, it was difficult for me because I am not the type of person who can easily expressmy feelings
and emotions about what I have gone through. But as I’ve answered it at a slow pace, I was able to
share my feelings and experiences with convenience.
4. What do you think is the importance of the activity?

- This activity really opens up pathways for us to express our emotions. Every one of us hasa different
approach to overcoming or letting go of negative experiences in our lives. Above all, the significance
of this activity is to share our feelings and thoughts about our experience.
