This uncertainty led to anxiety and depression
During this difficult time, its important to continue looking after your physical
and mental health.
This will not help you in the long term, it will also help you fight with this
mental illness In a situation like this it is normal to feel worried, sad, confused
and scared.you shoud know that you are not alone and should talk to someone
you trust such as a parent or a trusted person.
